Sea base is a Scouting Program that offers many programs. Some are sailing, rustic camping, fishing, and scuba diving. It was first founded in the early 1970s by Sam Wampler. At first it only offered sailing programs but as it grew in popularity it joined the high adventure offerings of the BSA.Adventures/Activities that are available: - Bahamas Tall Ship Adventure
